“Coltrane noir”

“Coltrane Noir is a portrait of the iconic John Coltrane. This was such an honor to do. My uncle Allen Cheatem was known for his beautiful ink and watercolor sketches of the great jazz and literary greats of Black America; which are still celebrated to this day. So to be able to follow with my own interpretation of Coltrane brought me such joy. Enjoy.
